To help us answer quickly

• Write from the email you use for Videxa, or include it in your message.
• For a payment, add the Razorpay payment ID from Settings > Receipts.
• For a problem in the app, say which page you were on and what you expected to happen.

Quick answers on plans and payments are on the pricing page. What Videxa can and cannot do is on an honest list. To delete your account, open Settings in the app.
